What ages do you accept at your summer camp?
Our summer camp is open to children aged 4-12.
What activities are available at your camp?
We offer a variety of activities, including sports, arts and crafts, music, drama, and science experiments.
What is the camper-to-counselor ratio at your camp?
We maintain a camper-to-counselor ratio that is consistent with Ontario standards to ensure that each camper receives appropriate attention and support.
Do you provide meals at your camp?
No, we do not provide meals at our camp. Please make sure you pack two (2) healthy snacks and a lunch for your child. Please ensure that your child’s snacks and lunches are nut/ peanut free.
What safety measures do you have in place at your camp?
The safety of our campers is our top priority. Stringent supervision policies are enforced to guarantee constant monitoring of all campers. A first aid and CPR certified staff member is present at all times. Additionally, our venue is equipped with a comprehensive fire-escape plan and four (4) easily accessible emergency exits. All staff members are well-versed in evacuation protocols to facilitate a swift and secure escape for everyone in the event of an emergency.
What is the schedule for a typical day at your camp?
A typical day at our camp includes a mix of structured activities, free play time, and rest periods. Please see our sample schedule posted under the “Program” section of the website.
Can my child attend your camp for just one week?
Yes, we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate families' needs. You can sign up for as many or as few weeks as you like.
What should my child bring to camp each day?
Each camper should bring a water bottle, lunch, snacks, sunscreen, a hat, and comfortable shoes. We also recommend sending a change of clothes in case of accidents or messy activities. Please see page 11 of the parent handbook for an extensive list.
How do you handle allergies and medical conditions at your camp?
We have strict policies in place to accommodate campers with allergies and medical conditions. We are a nut-free camp and have a no food-sharing policy in place. We require all parents to provide medical information during the registration process, and we work closely with families to ensure that their child's needs are met.
Is the camp fee tax-deductible?
We provide an official receipt that can be used for tax deductions.
